I've lived in Tokyo Area for over 30 years, but unfortunately I've never known Nezu until recently.
Amazingly, Nezu is just within 10 minutes subway ride from Otemachi, the business center of Tokyo. It is such a quiet town, with Nezu Shrine in the center of the town. At the end of April, you can see full of beautiful flowers there.
